Samy

DSC01131_Samy Czarny, Accredited Family Mediator (Ontario Association of Family Mediation) is an experienced mediator. He mediates for different Family courts in and around Toronto, acting also as their bilingual Information Referral Coordinator. He presents Mandatory Information Programs for the Attorney General in English and French in Toronto and Hamilton.
Samy has a private practice where he co-mediates with his partner, dealing with separation, divorce, and family mediation. His expertise includes family dynamic, extended family issues, family business, parent and teen conflict, conflicts among siblings, and facilitation of disputes involving a large number of family members. Samy  is a Qualified Mediator with the ADR Institute of Ontario and is a roster mediator, Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program. He volunteers for community services, as a mediator on the roster for the Youth Justice Committee, and in the Small Claim Courts. He belongs to the Center for Nonviolent Communication, is experienced in Restorative Circles (RC), bringing together people in a community who need to be part of the conversation around a conflict. Samy is the coordinator of the Toronto RC Group.
