We are committed to growing professionally and personally and we volunteer for community services.
We discovered Non Violent Communication (NVC) during our first training in Restorative Circles (RC) with Dominic Barter, in 2009.
We were instinctively attracted by the concepts of NVC and we immediately engaged in the learning. NVC informs the way we facilitate our mediation, and we find that we have reached a new level of mindfulness which serves the parties in dispute hear each other with compassion, and with hope.
