We lead Laughter Yoga sessions for fundraising events, during conferences, with social/interest groups, within communication workshops, and at community events.

Laughter Yoga is a powerful and new approach in body-mind exercise which enhances your health and happiness. Laughter Yoga acts as a social magnet while promoting tolerance and peace.

The brainchild of Dr. Madan Kataria, a Physician from Mumbai, India, launched the first Laughter Club at a Park on March 13, 1995, with merely a handful of persons. Why? Three Reasons for Laughter Yoga
